Committees Assignments
Attendance Committee
It is the duty of this committee to promote the best attendance possible at all meetings. Absentees should be contacted to make up meetings. The committee should inform members when they are nearing nonconformity to attendance requirements. Should this be ineffective, members should be reported to the Board of Directors. The committee should also strive to obtain good attendance at District Conference meetings and National Conference meetings.

Visitation / Welcome Committee
The committee keeps the club informed of the health and welfare of fellow club members. The committee also serves as a greeter for guests and visiting Rotarians. The committee assists the Sergeant-at-Arms in collecting fines for late arriving members.

Vocational Service Committee
The Vocational Service Committee devises and carries into effect plans which guide and assist the members of the club in discharging their responsibilities in their vocational relationship and in improving the general standards of practice in their respective vocations. The chairman is responsible for the vocational service activities of the club and supervises and coordinates the work of any committees that are appointed on any phases of vocational service.
