Rules for 2008 Rotary Motorcycle Raffle

• Raffle tickets will be sold for $20.
• 2,500 raffle tickets have been printed. No more than 2,500 raffle tickets will be sold for this raffle.
• A drawing for the winning raffle ticket from all sold raffle tickets will take place on Sunday, October 12, 2008 at 3:00 PM on the Main Stage at the Suffolk Peanut Festival.
• The holder of the selected raffle ticket need not be present to win.
• The holder of the winning raffle ticket shall be contacted by phone and or US mail, as provided by the information contained on the winning raffle ticket.
• The winner shall be responsible to Contact Bayside Harley-Davidson within thirty (30) days of the date of the raffle drawing and schedule a time to pick up the motorcycle awarded under this raffle no later than forty-five (45) days from the date of the raffle drawing.
• The winner is responsible for all expenses related to taxes, titling fees, and license plate tag.
• If the winner does not claim their prize within forty-five days, notice will be placed in the Suffolk News Herald newspaper on December 1, 2008 that the original winner of the raffle had not claimed.
